Nice Spice
Nice Spice is a bold and cheeky spice brand that reimagines spice packaging with personality and flair. My goal was to create a spice brand that brings joy and playfulness to the kitchen through bold visuals, witty messaging, and a fresh, modern take on spice packaging. After all, if spices are meant to add flavor to food, why should their packaging be bland and boring?

The Exhibition
I began this project by developing a pitch presentation that outlined the research, concept, and creative direction behind Nice Spice. After many mood boards, mind maps, and deep Pinterest dives, I moved into the sketching phase to explore ways to bring the brand to life.
Once the branding was finalized, I applied it across packaging and various deliverables. I crafted custom wooden lids in the woodshop and sourced metal tins from a Penn State-owned business to complete the spice containers.
To tie everything together, I built a physical installation to showcase Nice Spice at our capstone exhibition, creating an immersive and tangible experience for viewers.
